Shared Experiences. Meaningful Growth.

Our Approach

At the heart of every group we offer is the belief that growth happens through connection. Our groups provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where individuals can share experiences, gain new perspectives, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges with greater confidence.

We offer both online and in-person groups, with group sizes intentionally kept small (up to 8 participants) to encourage meaningful discussion, personal attention, and genuine connection. Each group is co-facilitated by two Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs), ensuring a professionally guided experience that balances expert support with the power of peer learning.

Group counselling offers something unique: the opportunity to learn and grow alongside others who understand. Through shared experiences, thoughtful conversations, and mutual support, members often discover they are not alone in what they are facing. Many participants find comfort, encouragement, and insight simply by hearing the stories and perspectives of others. Participation is always voluntary, and everyone is encouraged to engage at a pace that feels right for them.

Our facilitators draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. Through a combination of psychoeducation, emotional regulation strategies, practical tools, and shared learning, participants are supported in developing greater self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

More than just a series of sessions, our groups are an investment in your well-being. Each program includes professionally facilitated discussions, educational resources, and handouts. Our goal is to help participants leave feeling more informed, empowered, and connected.

All groups are priced consistently at $37.50 per session and require a commitment to the full session series. This commitment helps foster trust, safety, and continuity within the group, creating the conditions for deeper conversations, stronger connections, and meaningful personal growth.

Groups are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a group reaches capacity, session dates are finalized and confirmed with participants.

Whether you are looking for support, personal growth, practical coping strategies, or a sense of community, we invite you to join us. If you have any questions or would like help determining which group is the best fit for you, please reach out. We would be happy to help you take the next step.

We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact. What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.
